My sister started labor at midnight last night. She left for the hospital about 6:30am with contractions at 3-4 minutes apart. At about 2:30pm today she was 3 centimeters dilated. Still no word yet and it's now 6pm. She really wanted a natural birth experience, after an unexpected Cesarean birth last time, so I know that she must be getting tired and exhausted.
So if you could send up positive thoughts and energy to her that would be most appreciated.
You have all my love and support sis! You can do this!!
